System Maintenance

  • CN PEARS will be unavailable each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm (EDT) for routine maintenance.

Resetting Your Password

  • When resetting a password, please remember passwords must contain the following:

    - The password must be exactly 12 characters long.

    - The password must not match the User ID.

    - The password must contain a numeric character (0-9).

    - The password must contain a special character ( !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~).

    - The password must contain an uppercase character (A-Z).  

     
    The helpdesk may assist with any password problems, lockouts, or resets between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (EDT). Call toll-free: 888-877-1306.
